Morning Raise the carapina pans with one movement, remove the lids – done. Your gelato is immediately ready for sale, perfectly tempered and optimally presented.
During the Day Work relaxed. No constant refilling from the storage freezer. Because underneath each serving carapina is a reserve carapina – at identical temperature. When a flavor runs low, simply swap the carapina pans.
Evening Lower the carapina pans, put the lids on – your VISTA becomes a storage freezer. Optionally, you can even convert the display case into a pastry showcase by placing special trays on the closed lids.
Night While you sleep, the glycol technology preserves your gelato at constant temperature. No temperature fluctuations, no ice crystals, no quality loss.
