The Hoonved CE90 BT is the most powerful multipurpose dishwasher in the CE series and is designed for pastry shops, ice cream parlors, bakeries, gastronomy laboratories, catering companies, and restaurants with high washing volumes and large-sized washware. It combines the versatility of the CE68/78 models with significantly increased capacity and performance.
The external dimensions are 620 × 742 × 1,530 mm (W × D × H). With the generous 500 × 600 mm rack and an impressive usable height of 500 mm, even large containers, pot formats, baking trays, mixing bowls, ice cream containers, and tall GN containers can be cleaned effortlessly. The theoretical output is 30 racks per hour.
The self-supporting structure made of satin-finished AISI 18/10 stainless steel and the rotating wash and rinse arms made of AISI 304 stainless steel (top and bottom) guarantee durable construction and flawless washing results even with heavily soiled dishes. The boiler and heating elements are made of corrosion-resistant Incoloy steel – extending service life and ensuring consistent heating performance over many years.
The multiple filtration system (tank filter + pump suction filter) ensures maximum cleanliness of the wash water even under intensive use and with heavily soiled dishes. The rounded wire rack guides make inserting and removing the racks noticeably easier. Electronic temperature control via electronic sensors, together with the constant display of all important operating parameters on the digital display, guarantees the correct wash and rinse temperatures at all times.
A key feature of the CE90 BT is the standard Break-Tank system (BT) with atmospheric boiler. It hydraulically separates the drinking water supply from the wash water completely – allowing the machine to meet the strictest requirements for safety-sensitive applications (CAT-5 compliant) and making it especially suitable for food processing operations.
The CE90 BT is designed for connection to both hot and cold water. With a powerful 9,000 W boiler heater and a high-performance 1,620 W wash pump, it quickly reaches the optimal washing temperature and consistently delivers excellent cleaning results even under intensive use. The 4 pre-programmed wash cycles (120 / 240 / 360 / 600 sec) can be individually adjusted in duration and temperature – allowing the machine to cover everything from a quick glass cycle to a 10-minute intensive program for heavily soiled baking trays and mixing bowls.
The machine can be connected to either 230 V three-phase power (3~) or 400 V three-phase power with neutral (3N) – a flexible connection solution suitable for virtually any professional kitchen.
Peristaltic detergent and rinse aid dispensers are included as standard, ensuring precise and constant chemical dosing.
