The Hoonved CE 53 is the powerful undercounter dishwasher of the CE series and is designed for restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, cafés with food service, schools, and company canteens with medium dishwashing volumes. With a rack size of 450 × 450 mm and a usable height of 280 mm, plates, bowls, glasses, and cups can be washed easily in a single cycle.
Thanks to the powerful 5,000 W boiler heater and the higher 450 W wash pump performance, the CE 53 offers significantly greater throughput and faster heating times than the smaller models in the series. The external dimensions are 530 × 600 × 755 mm (W × D × H). The machine is connected via a 400 V three-phase power supply (Multipower connection).
The self-supporting structure made of finely satin-finished AISI 304 stainless steel and the independent overlapping wash and rinse arms made of AISI 304 stainless steel (top and bottom) guarantee durable construction and excellent washing results. The one-piece pressed, self-cleaning tank bottom with rounded corners, the basket guide rails made of polished steel wire, and the large, easily removable tank filter ensure maximum hygiene and easy daily cleaning.
The digital display shows the main operating parameters and reports possible anomalies. The 4 pre-programmed wash cycles (120 / 180 / 240 / 480 sec) can be individually adjusted in duration and temperature – allowing the CE 53 to cover every requirement, from a short glass cycle to an intensive program for heavily soiled dishes.
Peristaltic detergent and rinse aid dispensers are included as standard. Optionally, the CE 53 is available as a premium version with installed drain pump and integrated water softener.
