How Does Glycol Technology Work?

The Secret Lies in the Well

Instead of direct air cooling, our pozzetti use a well filled with glycol:

The copper cooling coil lies directly in the glycol bath
The glycol stores the cold and releases it evenly
Your carapina pans are in direct contact with the cooled glycol
