Descripción

The Hoonved CE 60 is the top model of the single-wall CE series and is designed for restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, company canteens, and catering businesses with high dishwashing volumes. The standardized 500 × 500 mm rack is industry-standard and allows the use of the entire Hoonved rack range – from plate racks and glass racks to special solutions for pizza plates and inclined glasses.

The generous usable height of 350 mm easily accommodates cups, soup plates, and even pizza plates. The external dimensions are 600 × 605 × 820 mm (W × D × H). The machine is connected via a multipower connection – either 400 V three-phase current or 230 V single-phase current.

The self-supporting structure made of finely satin-finished AISI 304 stainless steel and the independent overlapping wash and rinse arms made of AISI 304 stainless steel (top and bottom) ensure durable construction and flawless washing results. With a 5,000 W boiler heater, the CE 60 quickly reaches the optimal washing temperature. The 450 W wash pump ensures consistently high washing pressure.

The one-piece pressed, self-cleaning tank bottom with rounded corners, the large removable tank filter, and the monoblock pump system with integrated filter guarantee excellent hygiene and easy daily cleaning. The balanced door with ergonomic semi-recessed handle can be operated effortlessly even after long working shifts.

The digital display shows the main operating parameters and reports possible anomalies. The 4 pre-programmed wash cycles (120 / 180 / 240 / 480 sec) can be individually adjusted in duration and temperature.

Optionally, the Break-Tank system is available (Code H39540, +557 € list price), allowing complete hydraulic separation between the drinking water supply and the wash water – compliant with the strictest requirements for safety-sensitive applications (e.g. CAT-5 water safety, marine use).

Peristaltic detergent and rinse aid dispensers are included as standard. Optionally, the CE 60 is available as a premium version with installed drain pump and integrated water softener.

Tip: For applications with higher hygiene requirements or additional thermal-acoustic insulation, the double-wall sister version CE 60 DP is recommended.
