The Hoonved CE68 BT is the compact multipurpose dishwasher of the CE series and is specifically designed for the demanding requirements of pastry shops, ice cream parlors, gastronomy laboratories, bakeries, and catering businesses. It easily handles kitchen utensils, baking trays, pans, mixing bowls, containers, dishes, cutlery, and glasses – combining compact dimensions with impressive versatility.
The external dimensions are 600 × 695 × 830 mm (W × D × H). With the generous 500 × 600 mm rack and a usable height of 400 mm, plates, dishes, trays, and containers of all shapes and sizes can be cleaned effortlessly. When used as a dishwasher, the CE68 BT accommodates up to 24 deep plates / 26 flat plates / 12 pizza plates Ø 48 cm – representing +30% capacity compared to conventional machines with a 500 × 500 mm standard rack.
The self-supporting structure made of satin-finished AISI 18/10 stainless steel and the rotating wash and rinse arms made of AISI 304 stainless steel (top and bottom) guarantee durable construction and flawless washing results. The boiler and heating elements are made of corrosion-resistant Incoloy steel – extending service life and ensuring consistent heating performance for years.
The large tank filter is easy to remove and clean. Electronic temperature control via electronic sensors, together with the continuous display of all important operating parameters on the digital display, guarantees the correct wash and rinse temperatures at all times.
A key feature of the CE68 BT is the standard Break-Tank system (BT) with atmospheric boiler. It hydraulically separates the drinking water supply from the wash water completely – enabling the machine to comply with the strictest requirements for safety-sensitive applications (CAT-5 compliant) and making it particularly suitable for food processing operations.
With a 7,000 W boiler heater and a powerful 830 W wash pump, the CE68 BT quickly reaches the optimal washing temperature and consistently delivers excellent cleaning results even under intensive use. The 4 pre-programmed wash cycles (120 / 180 / 240 / 480 sec) can be individually adjusted in duration and temperature – allowing the machine to cover everything from a quick glass cycle to an intensive program for heavily soiled baking trays and mixing bowls.
The Multipower connection allows flexible connection to 400 V three-phase power (3N), 230 V three-phase power (3N), or 230 V single-phase power – enabling the CE68 BT to be installed in virtually any environment without requiring special electrical preparations.
Peristaltic detergent and rinse aid dispensers are included as standard.
