The Hoonved CAP10 is the mid-range hood-type dishwasher of the proven CAP series and is designed for catering businesses with increased dishwashing volumes – restaurants, hotels, pizzerias, guesthouses, company canteens, catering companies, and institutional catering facilities. It stands out for its high robustness, ergonomics, and reliability and is consistently designed to guarantee the highest hygiene standards while reducing operating costs.
✅ Factory-integrated drain pump included: This CAP10 configuration is delivered with a factory-installed drain pump (H36575) and is therefore ready for immediate operation – even in installations with elevated drainage or without a floor drain. No additional installation is required.
The external dimensions are 625 × 740 × 1,460 mm (W × D × H); with the hood open, the machine requires a height of 1,960 mm. With a standard rack size of 500 × 500 mm and a usable height of 440 mm, the CAP10 easily handles tall glasses, plates, bowls, and GN 1/1 containers. The theoretical output is 48 racks per hour – approximately 20% higher throughput than the CAP7.
The easy-to-open, balanced hood is made of finely satin-finished AISI 304 stainless steel and enables fast, effortless, and ergonomic loading and unloading of dish racks. Thanks to the rack loading system combined with the possibility of freely integrating inlet and outlet tables, simultaneous loading and unloading operations can be carried out – significantly optimizing time and workflows, especially during peak hours.
The self-supporting structure of the CAP10, together with the rotating wash and rinse arms made of finely satin-finished AISI 304 stainless steel, guarantees durable construction and flawless washing results even with heavily soiled dishes. The double-walled tank made of finely satin-finished AISI 304 stainless steel provides excellent thermo-acoustic properties and reduces the energy required to maintain the washing temperature. The easily removable stainless steel tank filters and the pump with suction filter prevent dirt and residues from entering and settling in the washing circuit.
With a 9,000 W boiler heater and a powerful 1,100 W wash pump, the CAP10 quickly reaches the optimal washing temperature and consistently delivers outstanding cleaning results even under intensive use. The digital display shows the main operating parameters and reports possible anomalies. The 4 pre-programmed wash cycles (75 / 90 / 120 / 240 sec) can be individually adjusted in duration and temperature, allowing the machine to be perfectly adapted to various requirements, from a quick glass cycle to an intensive washing program.
Peristaltic detergent and rinse aid dispensers are included as standard, ensuring precise and constant chemical dosing. The factory-integrated drain pump provides installation flexibility without additional assembly costs.
Note on water hardness: The hardness of the supply water must be between 4 °fH and 10 °fH. For higher hardness levels, the use of an external water softener is required. Hoonved offers suitable softener models H5, H8, H12, H18, and H30, which are available separately.
